Only loading with Map A

My husband and I have started playing Ark Nova online but no matter what preferences we stipulate, all we ever get is Map A. Has anyone had this problem and figured out how to fix it.

It looks like you have "Competition Level" set to "First Game" which gives everyone Map A to make it easier for your first game.

There are about a half dozen competition level options, but if you want the basic: draw 2 and choose 1, set it to "Normal".
