This site says that it has its own mission, which is to protect the enjoyment of games.
I don't see this commitment at all! but is this mission real?

I have almost 10k matches, I am fond of this site, it will be part of my life because it accompanied me during the Covid19 pandemic;

But, I'm starting to get tired of playing against people who as soon as they realize they're losing, walk out directly to purposely lose the game, then come back in as if nothing had happened, creating new game rooms.
Report these people say the site owners! Yes, it is done, a pity that for such behavior they only lose 10% of the behavior, but if 2 people are arguing in the chat, and one of the two signals the other you find yourself with 50% less of the behavior, because this should it be more punishing than a player who purposely leaves the game if he is losing?
This isn't about running out of time, this is exactly about the player exiting the site, being declared defeated, and then re-entering the site as if nothing had happened! How is it possible that this is allowed? That this flaw is not fixed? I dont like your tone at all. Writing accusations without backing your claims is not welcomed. The change of owner implied no change on moderation policy related to leaving games so far as i know.
Also, i am really not sure about the 10% karma hit. For the first leave, yeah, but on a repeated note, i think it's more than that, so i would love some official source to that as well.

It's 20% for repeated leave. And "repeated" apparently means in the next few days, probably a week, as I realize now when I took a hit due to a system crash (https://boardgamearena.com/player?id=38 ... reputation)

I recently came here from another gaming site and must say, if you think it's bad here... Everything about this site seems better. They actually seem to care about making things better and updating the games. While my previous site just ignored all suggestions regardless of how straight forward and user-supported they were.

You need to adjust who you play with. I have made friends with people who play respectfully and (mostly) limit myself to playing them. I had too many times of people ruining games and tournaments by no showing or timing out and ruining the fun. Then I switched to playing known, decent players and they have become real friends. Over time, we have randomly chatted about life and it enhances the games for me
