question about game breaks

Hey all, I see a number of fast paced turn order games where the number of moves per day only count between certain hours. Are the hours listed calibrated to my time zone or are they set to the official time shown here in the forum lobby?

(Almost) All times on BGA are in your local timezone, as set in your system settings.

The forum is to my knowledge the only exception. In the forum you can go to your profile and change the timezone in which forum times shall be displayed.
