Being a Game Guru

Hello - I'm curious if there is a notification or anything when someone is selected as a Game Guru. This is the 2nd time I've been marked as Guru and I had no idea; found out by accident. I'm wondering if I am missing a sort of notification or if it's expected we just look to see if we are playing certain games more?

I get a notification when I'm selected as a guru, and when that expires.

How do you get it? Via email? As something that shows up when you log into BGA?
