Developing own game, can it go on BGA

Just wondering about putting a game I am developing on here, as it would be better than TableTop Simulator for playtesting and finally release.

I know BGA have to have the licence first, but if it's your own game that you are self-publishing, can you give them the rights to have it on here?

They are on BGG due to an upcoming Kickstarter, so have a BGG ID.
