Points expiring even though it hasn't been 1 year?

So, I redeemed my Premium using points last month, and checking the history, I can see 20 5 points changing to used. But for some reason, when I check today, there are still 20 that are used up, as if the expiry date got moved to the unused points. Is this normal?
