Isle of Trains: How do I make a deliver? Like what do I have to click on?

And what does "Special Delivery" mean? How do I fulfill contracts? There is no tutorial for the game. Only rules to play the physical game. I would post these questions in the game forum, but it seems dead, so I posted it here for a quicker response. Also this game desperately needs an "Undo" button like all all games on BGA (or at least they can mandate it for the new ones).

I looked it up. It's in Beta. You could provide this feedback to the devs.

You might have better luck posting in the Isle of Trains forum, too. This is for general BGA discussion, so you're less likely to find Train players.

On the top of the train car it says which type of cargo or person it can hold. Make sure the other trains cargo icon on the right side matches the one you're putting it on.
