Turn-based games have 12 hours max time already. 12 hours is more than enough even for the most inexperienced player in the most complicated game to make a move.
Right now one of my turn-based games ("3 moves a day" setting) is stuck because a player isn't playing for the second day in a row, and they have 2 more days on their timer because it's their first game. So I cannot kick them, even though 2 days overtime is already unreasonable. IMO giving 4 days for a turn is WAY too excessive. Double time makes sense when it's 5 mins instead of 2, not when it's days.
