Unable to access SFTP server

Hi, i have recently created a developer account. At the controlpanel i created my tutorialgame "tutorialsub".
Then i tried to download the project as described in https://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/Setti ... ing_VSCode
This didnt work. I could not download the project.
So i tried connecting via WinSCP. After i enter username and password i always get an "access denied" from the server.

I use the SFTP login information which i got via Email. Any idea what could be the problem?
