New Memoir 44 scenarios

Hi, I tried looking through the forum but I didn't see anything come up in the search. How do you acquire m44 files in order to upload and play them? Secondly, regarding new scenarios on the site, when and how are they uploaded to Board Game Arena? There are only a limited amount of Breakthrough scenarios and I'm curious how to play additional ones...and also if more will eventually be uploaded. Is this up to the moderators of the site?

.m44 files can be created using the Memoir '44 Editor. In the old system getting the Captain or Major pack gave access to expert mode and the editor. Not sure about now. More info here: https://www.daysofwonder.com/memoir44/en/editor/edit
