there has been a game,
where i didn't take time more than the given time - fast speed.
when in the last move of the game, when i was already winning, he decided to expel me because i was out of time (by a few seconds passing)
it's ark nova, so i rewinded one move and then tried again.
i think this behavior is inappropriate. and should be considerable when marking a user as toxic.

he saw that i was playing... i wasn't afking. he just got mad because he saw i was going to win so expelling me at -10 sec was best case for him.

i think that expelling a person at the last turn after less than 2m delay should be punished is a better solution.

While what that player did wasn't necessarily the most fair or courteous option, they are technically in the right to be able to boot you. There is a time limit, you went beyond it. That said, there seems to be an issue in Ark Nova, especially with the last turn, as has been discussed on the forums and hence the bug. If fairness dictates that a player should have more time in their final turn, why should that not be handled programatically? Otherwise what you're essentially doing is asking mods to review when people are booted for small overages (sure not every case would be asked for, but enough that it would be a load). If you grant a (let's say) 30s grace, then people who get booted at 40s cry it's not fair. And in fact, if I remember correctly, there is a "you need to wait 20s more before booting" that happens anyway, so there is already a grace built in (it's been a while since I booted someone in an RT game, so I don't really recall).

Easier solution? Stick to the time limits. If the time limits really aren't fair, raise (or vote for in this case) a bug.

You lost. Straight forward, uncomplicated, the opponent won and you lost. I am assuming this is a 2 player game from your description. In 2 player games the clock is part of the rules, running out of time is one of the ways you can lose, its your job not to lose that way, and if you get 'clocked' you lost fair and square. Its just one of the features of competitive games.

It is well known that this creates a problem in games with more than 2 players, but that is because it affects people who did not run out of time, and no one has managed to come up with a workable solution. But in 2 player games this is perfectly fair and exactly how the clock is supposed to work.
