language-dependent bonus cards

I've noticed that in most Wingspan tournaments, as well as in Arena, the option for Language-dependent bonus cards (i.e. Anatomist, Cartographer, Historian, and Photographer) is set to "include". My question is, do non-English-speaking players consider this a huge disadvantage? [I'm aware of the irony, that I'm asking in English, for the views of non-English speakers. Nevertheless I am hoping for some useful replies.]

In the suggestion https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=69812 there is a mention of "symbols from the publisher" that indicate which of the language-dependent bonus cards a particular bird qualifies for. But I don't see any such symbols when I play. Are those symbols only displayed for non-English-speaking players?

I have those symbols implemented in the working version I have in studio along with several other improvements, but I still have more testing and development to do before I can deploy it. The way it will work is they will be displayed for all players on the cards whenever the language dependent bonus cards are in play.

I would love a feature that shows you how much you've already earned for each bonus card (maybe showing the number right above or below the card or in a corner of it) during the game, and also let you somehow see which birds qualify for it. Maybe clicking on the bonus card could highlight all the relevant birds, both in your hand and already played.

Steam goes one step further. When you're contemplating which bonus card to choose, it tells you how many qualifying birds you already have down and how many points you'd get from it if the game ended now. Mind you, here you can choose a card, hover over it once it's in your hand, get that knowledge, undo, and do the same with the other if you're not sure.
