University?

University?

After I came in second in a game, it said I unlocked a "University." What does that mean? I can't find it in notifications!

I'm not sure about the "unlocked" part but one of the development cards in the game that's worth 1 Victory Point is called "University". It may have been that card being revealed for the final scoring.
