Chat in waiting room

Often, someone start a game table and then gets distracted while waiting to fill the table. Many times, its the table owner that does not click the start game button and everyone is waiting for them. Having a way to DM them and generate a pysical pop-up or tone on their device would be helpful here.

It's weird I never wrote a topic on this in the forum!
