What i am supposed to answer to that ? The tour is obvious in the game interface since it's popping up in the middle of your screen.
The score is your appeal+ the white number on your conservation spot. So yeah, old score + 100 as explained in the tour and on the bgg thread linked in the tour as well in the "important difference with physical version"

If you've told the tour not to pop-up on game start, you can manually open it by clicking on the owl in the little panel that shows the break progress and settings icon etc.

The Rules Summary still describes the original scoring. I, like many others, skipped the tour without a glance since I'm already familiar with the game. The Rules Summary should be updated and could link to the discussion on BGG you mentioned. It would be nice if I had the option to disable the scoring changes when starting a table, so that I can play and score the same as the physical copy I own.

Tapestry, which also integrates several publisher-requested changes from the first printing, has links for these changes and options to disable them.

The rules summary come from the wiki, and can be edited by anyone.

Well you should not skip the tour. As clearly stated, it's not about the rules of arknova but rather the implementation.

The publisher specifically asked us to remove completely old scoring, so no, you wont be able to play with it on bga.

I hated it at first, because I'm a purist, but now I like it because at any time I now know exactly how many points I need to trigger the last turn, at a glance. Its simpler and clearer.

My point was that's all well and good for players who are coming to Ark Nova here on BGA for the first time. But for those of us who had already been playing it, we're not going to retake the tour. It would have been helpful to have the rules changes listed somewhere obvious to existing players. Instead I had to go on a deep dive to find the right thread on BGG that explained the changes. I got there eventually, but for a big change to an existing game, a notification and explanation somewhere in the game interface would be helpful.

Again, no. The tour is NOT about learning to play the game. So yes, even a seasonned IRL player should take the tour. You have a very big red warning about the differences with the physical game during the tour, with the link to that bgg thread.
So it is already in the interface. Also, as explained very early in the tour, you can just display the tour again by clicking on the owl in the interface. So that's should also be the first thing you should to check whenever you have a question about the interface.

But the tour says: "Both scores are displayed in this implementation, the new value (starting at -14) and the old value (starting at -114 and going up to 0 to end the game)."

I came in first for a game that someone left after 85% played but I beat the other player yet they got 16 points and I got -2 what is that about.
I just came in second and got -2 and te winner got 26 points, how does that work.
