The only way not to have Elo-scoring in a game is by playing in "friendly mode" (former called "practise mode"), as was explained there. You can't generally switch off Elo-scoring. You might consider writing a suggestion report for changing this, so others can vote for it: https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=0
