Is it possible to add a wild card option?

The rummy I play with my family has a 2 and jokers as wild cards. So for example I could put down 2 of spades, a 3 of spades, and a joker. If any of the other player has the 4 of spades they can take my joker and replace it with their 4 of spades (when it's their turn)

Also we have wild cards be worth 15 points
