RftG: Game End with 12th Tableau card

Today I discovered that the game ends immediately when someone lays down the 12th tableau card, hence I wasn't able to complete the round with my intended phases and actions, nor put down the card I intended in the Settle phase in question! This is not in line with the official rules of the game. All my previous games has ended due to VP chips, so I really didn't see this coming. This needs to be fixed, asap, as it is provide the fastest player (or the one with knowledge) with a loop hole to exploit, and possibly take away a game on unfair terms. Despite losing my own two major point giving phases in the last round of the game (Settle+Double Consume), I still won the round by a solid 9 point margin, with one tableau card down to my opponent and no VP's. So this isn't a complaint about a simple loss, but potential unfair losses due to a glitch.

This sounds like a bug, "game rule not being respected". You might want to fill out a bug report showing the game in question.
