That depends a bit on who the developer is for the game. I've had bugs fixed so quickly that one was impacting a game I was playing (so I couldn't continue play) and fixed in time for me to continue on without going into negative time (admittedly, that was a relatively new game with an active developer, but still). If there isn't an active developer for a game, then not much happens regardless of votes. But I will say that while an issue that you raise may not get enough votes to push it to the top of the list, an issue you don't raise is much more likely to never be addressed.

Ah, I guess I had this wrong. I was assuming that the Draw offer/acceptance was a global function endemic to BGA as a whole, rather like an object in Objective C or Swift. I gather from your post that it's implemented independently by each game. Thanks.

I'm not a developer, so I don't know either. If it is something that's global, then that can be addressed in your bug report, and raise the bug where it should be. But either way, raising the bug means there's a chance it might be fixed, not raising it makes it less likely.

The taunt by itself may not get acted on, but if the draw offers appear in the game replay log so mods can see them, then maybe that combination of events will lead to something being done.
If one chooses "Exploiting a known bug" one is told that one should report the bug but not the player - which is understandable from BGA's perspective, generally. It is therefore not possible to report a player who exploites a known bug - since it is not the player's fault that the bug exists.
The text means the player who wants to report the player must report the bug first if the bug hasn't been reported yet.
It does not say the act is unpunishable. The player abused the bug intentionally should accept the consequences.

I haven’t played this game in particular but isn’t this a problem w/ any game in which you need the top portion of the screen to take your turn? I’ve seen this technique several times in Stone Age. As soon as your clock hits 0 they can press the expel button numerous times and you have to click out of every one. If you need the top section to finish your turn you are out of luck.
