Explorer and other card errata?

I noticed when playing that the text of Explorer doesn't match the icons. That is, for the sponsor card Explorer, the text is as follows:
"Gain 2 money for each Continent or Animal icon in your zoo"

But the iconography indicates you gain 1 Appeal _and_ 2 Money for each. Was there errata on this card? Am I misinterpreting it?

With explorer, there are two effects. The yellow one-time effect in the bottom left corner gives you two money per icon you have played thus far; the effect on the top of the card is in play thereafter, so that henceforth you get 2 money and 1 appeal for each icon you play. So if you play it early you don’t get a windfall of cash, but it makes every icon you play more valuable, but if you play it late you’re getting a bunch of cash but not much appeal.

You are confusing blue and yellow effects.

Yep. I'm an idiot... I guess since yellow is the first text, I must've associated it with the top effect.
