[Seasons] Remove end of the turn button of the top bar

I have mistakenly clicked in End of the turn button in Seasons (don't know how it is named in english) because I had Steadfast dice and Malice dice. Since there are message prompts from some cards that you have to answer I think it would improve the GUI if the end of the turn button is not in the exact same place of the othe message (that you sometimes have to routinely diminish like the steadfast ones). All in all, end of the turn is a very important decission (specially in the last turn like it happened to me) so it would be clearly differenciated from other GUI elements.
