Help on inviting / closing game for friends only?

My apologies if this has been asked before. I tried searching and couldn’t find it.

Is there a way to restrict a table on BGA for friends only? I am trying to create a turn by turn game with my coworkers and friends on BGA, and I found where to restrict the table to “my friends”, but (on mobile) I cannot find a way to invite them and BGA automatically changes it back to opening the table to other people and starts the game.

Is it something I am doing wrong, or a BGA thing?

Yes. When you create the table, before you open to other players, there is a very small blue link on the right that says something about Restricting Player/Table Access. If you click on it, you get some options and one of those is to limit the game to certain groups. Then you can choose friends only.

I just realized it depends which page you're starting from when you create the game. On the new pages, there is a green icon that looks like an open door with a bunch of people behind it. You can click on that and indicate you only want a game with your friends.

Thank you! I also figured out my other problem was missing the icon to tap to actually invite the friends as well. Once I got both those, I got it to work and have a game going now.
