Maybe i didn't search hard enough, but I cannot find the explanations of the current arena option "dueling trio"
Is there a list of the koi-koi options and there explanations?

Do you mean dueling triads? There is an explanation right under the option that says "Collecting all Poetry Ribbons and all Blue Ribbons counts as a 4-point yaku in addition to other Ribbon yakus." Hope this helps :D

I don't understand the option "month card". I know it's 4 points for a whole month won but which month? I think it changes, not the same month everytime. Could somebody explain it to me, please? Ty

The month equal to the current round. For example, January in round 1, February in round 2, and etc.
