a big improvement would be to be able to sort the translations by translator.
Because it happens quite often that someone "translates" a lot of strings for one game even if they don't know the language and the resulting strings are worse than google translate. But these strings are then mixed with the ones that have been translated by native speakers and are thus difficult to find (in games like tournay with 400+ strings you have to search several pages now).
I guess the user did it with good intentions, but this way he had a lot of work which was not only in vain but led to a lot of work for the ones who want to have proper translations.
Or if this isn't possible then maybe some other search function, like just string that haven't been translated by a native speaker.
Or make a box non-native speakers can tick off when translating ("not entirely sure about translation") so that natives can have a quick look over them.
Or if this all isn't possible maybe make it even bigger, bolder, more colourful, or whatever, that only native speakers should translate the strings
