How to ask BGA to restart a game?

Hi,
I have an uncommon request and I haven't found how to contact BGA about it.
We are currently playing a 4-player turn based campaign on My City (Table #373890217) and a bug occured that makes us unable to continue the campaign (yes, I added my report to the already existing bug report).
My question is, is there a way for BGA to reset the current episode (=game)?
That might fix the issue and maybe we'd be able to resume our campaign.
Can anyone help with that?

Well, no help from anyone so we had to abandon the campaign since we were unable to play correctly.

Only the developer can try to do things like this, and since many of the developers are volunteers or busy, they probably didn't notice.

Creating a bug report is the normal approach for this, though I know you updated an existing report.

Hi,
as My City is really specific because of the Legacy thing, you have a solution :
1. Abandon the game collectively
2. Start a new game with SAME PLAYERS and option CONTINUE
This should restart the current episode, with the progression restaured.
