The website is unstable

Sometimes, it take forever to make a move because the server is processing it. I was kicked out of a game once because it said that the other player ran out of time on my end. Apparently, I was the one out of time. I’ve spoke to other players and they’re having the same issues. What’s going on? Is BGA planning to fix these issues, especially since they’re increasing the price for a membership?

It's been quite stable for me for the last few months, since they added a new server.

When problems do appear, the team promptly works on them. It is unfortunate that sometimes problems affect games, but the team is doing their best.
