bugs in heat and loss in reputation

Hi
Today i tried to play two games of Heat and i was expelled. Not quiting the games. There was a constant bug. So i lost 40 reputation.

What can i do ?

The contact button dont work .

If you play games in beta state (like Heat) in normal mode, there always is a warning that you might loose reputation due to a bug. To avoid this, play beta games only in "friendly mode", which won't loose you any reputation.

It's always fun when that happens. Half the time I don't know if it's a bug or something I missed. I'll usually post in it forum before I do a Bug report (If I do a bug report).
