How to I move animals between enclosures?

I am just about to play Animals, but when I chose the action I can't select Sloth Bear to play it.

I have a Grass Snake that shoud be in my Reptile House, and spare capacity for a 1 and 2 size animal. How do I free up my size-4 enclosure to play the Sloth Bear? And how do I move the Snake to the Reptile House?

You only get the option to do this either, when you play the special enclosure: you then move (any/all) the appropriate animals. Or when you play the appropriate animal and you have a special enclosure available. You can't simply do this anytime.
