Any way to draft at the beginning of the game ?

I find it sometimes really unfair ( for me or for my opponents ) not being able to draft cards. Is it somehow possible ? Is it something that BGA is planning to add ?

No, BGA is not allowed to implement anything that isn't an official variant, and the developer has stated on the Board Game Geek forums that they play tested drafting and he didn't like it.

Initially I used to think drafting could be a useful feature too but eventually I learned that a player should be able to make do with what’s in their hand. There are definitely better hands than others but sometimes you kind of handicap yourself if you use just those cards to plan out your strategy.
