Not receiving mail notification for turn-based game

Hi there,

I recently joined a turn-based tournament, but I noticed that I don't receive any mail notification when it's my turn to play, nor the recap mail at 4:00am. Every mail options are checked in my profile, I didn't change anything there from last play sessions. It's very annoying, for the other players who have to wait, and for me who run out of time.

Are other players experiencing the same ?

Do you receive other mails from BGA ?

In my case the mails don't work any more since years -- probably because my mailbox was full at some moment in the past ...

I am experiencing the same thing. It just started this past week for me. The system also does not take me to my Turn-based games waiting for me. I click on the gameboard with the indicator that I have games to play and it stalls. I have to look through my list to see if it is my turn on a game.

I've been receiving email notifications for games as normal as far as I can tell, so if there's a problem, it isn't system wide.

They were having game server issues today, though (but I think all my emails came through even during that).

I've noticed that I'm not receiving end of game summaries by email anymore. I got them earlier today, but not this evening.

Me too. Stopped getting notifications maybe a week or so ago, after having it working fine for months.

We changed something that have produced some 'unexpected' effects on daily and notification emails.
