Question About Premium

Hellou, I have a question about premium membership for BGA. I would like to play Azul with a friend but I need premium for that, now my question is: do we both have to buy premium to play with each other? (we are not living together) Or is it just the host of the lobby who needs to have premium? I searched for my answer in FAQ of this site but I didnt quite understand the answer.

Only one of you needs to be premium to create the table and start the game.

A premium table can only be started as long as there is one premium player at the table. Other players can be regular players.
