This one I'm not a fan of, but the changes for the other games I play seems fine.

Where has Yahtzee gone?

Is the only option in this Arena Season to play Yams?

This is not what I want to play. I want to play Yahtzee not Yams in the Arena.

Please enable Yahtzee in the Arena as well as Yams if you want, but BRING BACK ARENA YAHTZEE for Season 15.

I think two others changed:

Happy City went from 2 players to 3 players
Beyond the Sun went from 3 players to 2 players.

Or am I remembering those two incorrectly? Seems there were a LOT of changes. I'm actually okay with the changes to the games, even Yahtzee going to Yams. It keeps the games from being stale.

If you are dropping Yahtzee from the Arena just say so. the Yams thing is for the birds. Fix the name so people know what they are getting into. and don't forget what a ricole is.

Yu may be in copyright jail. Yams is owned by Dujardin where Yahtzee is owned by Milton Bradley.

BGA offers both e-mail notifications and push notifications on certain browsers. Have you checked out your profile settings?

i agree the Yahtzee / yams thing is very confusing, especially as a default in the arena

In Arena, you can click on the little gear symbol and it'll tell you the rules for the game you're selecting. I have ALWAYS done this before playing as there are a lot of games with expansions that I either don't like or don't know how to play, like with King of Tokyo. So, with a new season and lots of changes, you should be checking the rules there before just jumping into the game anyway.

Besides that, they've ALWAYS had Yams as an option here as an alternative to straight Yahtzee. It's not like Yams is anything new to the world and it's not even that different from straight Yahtzee. There's also over 500 games here on the site. You should be able to find something to occupy your time for the next three months just fine, or just play Yahtzee outside of Arena mode. Not sure why it's such a polarizing issue here.

I'm happy it doesn't impact you Shogun, however for those who enjoy Yahtzee Arena games its annoying to have the rules of the game arbitrarily changed
