Fan made tracks

Will fan made tracks will be available for racing or will it be limited to official tracks ?

Well, per contract, BGA can only do what is official unless there is an explicit agreement with the author/publisher.

There will most likely be at least one official expansion to the game so I would be surprised if they accepted anything unofficial at this stage that could compete with whatever they might want to produce themselves.

So, maybe the devs can ask but I wouldn't hold my breath.
