Number of Games played/won not tallying correctly

Why is that I just played a game of Hive and then I win. Then I look at my game total and it's still the same and my win didn't count? Happened a number of times already and it's quite annoying.

Rather than complaining in the forums, you might want to actually fill out a bug report for the BGA website.

Did you tie for first place? If there is a tie for first place it doesn't come up in your win column.

It is not a bug. You played an unranked game. Unranked games do not change your ELO, neither affect your statistic.
