When i play wings with speed limit modifier +3 it does not change the corners speed limit?

What do you mean ? The display wont change, you have to do the maths in your head. But the warnings are taking this into account.

I mean the game counts the heat without the + modifier.
Still counts the board limit.
With the other modifier cards it seems to work but not with the wings.

Then no, it's supposed to work. Please check again before posting a bug report because it's working so far for everyone. In particular, make sure you are not confusing the 6 with a 9.

Was a bug report posted for this? I just played a game where I span out due to the corner modifier on this card not being taken into account.

There are no bug report opened no, because it's working just fine. Please check again (in particular dont confuse the 6 with a 9)
