Lol, don't hold your breath. We are still waiting for Pandemic expansions despite the fact that Asmodee owns both BGA and Z-Mann games which produces the Pandemic series. So it can't be an issue of licensing/rights. It seems like the people who run BGA are obsessed with games no one has heard of.

The Oceanic board completely rebalances Wingspan, in a way that I think makes it into a fundamentally better game. Its easier to build and extract value from an economy, there is higher player interaction, certain cards aren't as OP, there is better balance between filling bird slots and activating card rows for VP, etc etc. Even if you didn't include any new cards, it'd be big.

I play a lot of Oceania and Asia at home with my wife and do enjoy them but kinda appreciate the base game action I get here.
