Recover Game Chat?

Post by Hopkins »

Is it possible to recover a game chat? I have found the game I was in which had the discussion I wish to refer to, but I cannot see the chat history.

I don't think so. After a turn-based game you can see the last turns including the game chat for 24 hours. But besides that I don't know any way to review the game chat.

But I think I read somewhere that moderators can read the game chats. So if you want to report someone you might do that nevertheless based on your memory.

I find that if you go to the End game summary page, scroll down and on the left (on desktop, just keep scrolling on mobile) there is a section with the title 'Players around this table now' with a set of buttons, including 'Discuss'.

If you click that one, it will show you the in-game chat. There's a time limit on how long it's available for but I think it's a month or two, rather than days.
