Meaning of chat icons

What are the meanings of the icon in its various colors at the bottom of the chat window?

Are these meanings somewhere explained on this website or somewhere else?

Strange that nobody knows the meaning of these icons. Other players in the games I have played used them quite often.

They are just emoticon/smileys you can use in the chat by clicking on them.

Thank you! After I put the screenshot here and saw the icons in large, I also thought that they were simply the Board Game Arena version of smileys.
