Conceding Games

I was attempting to find this information but unable to find after a couple quick searches. When a game is conceded by your opponent does that effect receiving a win or you receiving points?

If your opponent concedes it's the same as if you both finished the game and you win: you receive ELO points and it counts as a win for you.
What changes is in the time and sometimes other statistics, for example the score (counts the current score instead of the final one).
