If you ask for help or improvements you are doomed but if you say something out of place there is a queue of moderators and if you challenge the decision you get punished. This is the BGA democratic approach

1) Moderation and support are two different functions.
2) When someone gave them instructions for how to do what they purportedly wanted to do, they said "I prefer to do it my way." Doing it their own way was trolling the mods.

For security reasons, we cannot delete your account. A password is needed for this. If you are resolved, you will find what you need under 'Preferences -> Account -> Delete my BGA account'. This will delete all of your account information in accordance to GDPR.
