Chat window for debugging?

Hello - silly question here: I'm trying to follow the instructions for invoking php functions from the chat window, but when I'm testing my project no chat window appears and I'm can't figure out how to get it to show. I see in normal BGA games the chat window appears automatically. I must be missing something obvious...how do you get the chat window to appear when testing with the Express Start?

It should just be there, nothing to make it appear. If you just start typing it's automatically activated.

Weird but can only assume you've inadvertently hidden it somehow, or something in JS / css / client side stuff. Div is called chatwindow or chatbar.
Are you logged in, can you see it in other studio games?

Aha that was it! Start typing! Now I see it. I was scratching my head last night for at least 2 hrs trying to understand where the dang chat window was . Thank you so much!
