Best Games With Simultaneous Turns

Hello all,

I am just curious of the best games with Simultaneous turns. The only games I know about are the Galaxy Franchise (Race/Roll/Jump Drive) and Earth. It would be nice if this was a "mechanic" I could search for.

I like medium to heavy weight games that are good at 4+ player counts. I personally don't mind downtime between turns but the person I play games with often prefers there to be limited downtime between turns and we like to play with 4 or more players.

7 Wonders is well-known for simultaneous turns.

Roll-and-write games may often work this way as well, like Welcome To, Railroad Ink, etc.

Thanks for the info, not sure how I forgot 7 Wonders. I do plan on playing it every once and a while. It is one of my favorite quick games on BGA. I have played Welcome To but never played any other games like that.

I wouldn't describe these as heavy games, but maybe medium:

Not Alone, In The Year of the Dragon, Twin Tin Bots, Lords of Xidit, Colt Express, Arctic Scavengers, My City, The Werewolves of Miller's Hollow, Draftosaurus, For Sale.
Eminent Domain(?), RaceForTheGalaxy(?) - have some simul play.

Sushi Go (and Sushi Go Party, which is basically the same thing with more card options), which are 7 Wonders Lite, with sushi

The Boomerang series (Aus/Europe/USA)

I'd be searching for games with a Draft mechanic. Draft generally = simultaneous play. Of course, that's not the only condition that leads to it, and not all games with drafting are simultaneous, but may help you find what you're looking for.

So Barenpark isn't played simultaneously for sure. I'm not sure I'd say Hanamikoji is either.

Challengers isn't exactly simultaneous, though I guess the drafting phase is simultaneous, and the match-ups are simultaneous. My City: Roll & Build kind of is - in that sense, so is Look at the Stars come to think of it.

Roll to the Top, Hadrian's Wall, Turing Machine are all games I've played a decent amount of and I'd agree they're simultaneous.

Now the ancestor of Roll and Write games, Yahtzee, also supports simultaneous mode (wink wink)
