Ridiculous penalty during off time

I have been playing turn based, and though I chose timeslots that I knew 100% that I would be available to play during those hours, my turns keep falling in the hours that I can’t play. I’m in bed sleeping and it becomes my turn, by the time I wake up and go throughout my day, then get on during the hours I can play. I am now in the negative time, being warned, and receiving penalties for taking too long to take my turn.
Penalties should only be given during the hours that you’ve chosen to play if you don’t take your turn, they should not be given outside of those hours because not everyone can live on BGA and play at any time.
This really needs to be fixed.
I have had multiple problems with the penalties on this site since I joined. One of my first games glitched or something, next thing I knew I was out of the game with penalties for time and leaving a game, next I get a time penalty while I am sleeping, outside the hours I chose, for not taking my turn, and now I’m -3hrs + in another game because my turn fell during the hours I sleep (outside chosen hours).
Sadly, I will not be playing games I like now because many ppl do not play them in real time and I will not play anything turn based until this is fixed, and if this is what this site is like, at the end of my premium trial I will not be renewing.

I am not quite sure what you are talking about. Most of your games I just checked were real-time. Some others were turn-based with 4 moves /day. The 4 moves /day option doesn't have "playing hours", at least not Lost Seas and Rauha, which are the ones you played as 4 moves /day recenty.

In addition, according to your profile you didn't get any karma loss in your last 60 days. So what is the "penalty" you are talking about? You got 2 of the 3 time warnings on your profile for fast-paced real-time games.
