Penalty for open real-time table and leave it unattended

I think we could reduce real time "ghost tables" with some karma penalty for opening table and leave it unattended.

This would be very harmful, because the new lobby interface makes this commonly happen without players even realizing it.

Even experienced players may not realize that messing around with settings in the interface may end up creating one or more lobbies at some point, especially if you don't mean to search and then try to change a setting or go to a different page.

Then, you turn your phone off without realizing there are 4 searching tables sitting idle.

Seems new lobby interface is optimalized for quantity not quality, optimalized for easy and quick open tables but not optimalized for finished tables.
