Oyster Eater and other cards

What will happen when the Oyster Eater is played with other cards that affect the order?

Oyster Eater (D134):

Each time the "Fishing" accumulation space is used, you get 1 bonus point and must skip placing your next person that round. (You can place the person on a later turn.)

Brotherly Love (D024):

As long as you have exactly 4 people, in the work phase of each round, you can place your third and fourth person immediately after one another, even on the same action space.

 -> If I place the third person on the "Fishing", can I place the fourth person immediately? If not, can I place the fourth person on the "Fishing" in the next turn?

Lasso (B024):

You can place exactly two people immediately after one another if at least one of them uses the "Sheep Market", "Pig Market", or "Cattle Market" accumulation space.

 -> If I place the first person to the "Fishing" and choose to use the Lasso, can I place the second person immediately? If not, can I place the second person on one of those 3 action spaces in the next turn?

Tea House (D053):

Once per round, you can skip placing your second person and get 1 food instead. (You can place the person later that round.)

 -> If I place the first person on the "Fishing", the second person will be skipped by Oyster Eater. Does that mean I can get 1 food for free?
