7 games left? Regaining the license?

I see that now two games are removed from the site (Black Magic and Square), is it because of legality too?

I wonder, the administrator once said that majority of the games (when there are 11 games) are legal. So at least 6 are legal, may I know which ones are legal and which are processed?

And is it possible to regain the license of ilegal game which is not supported by the game designer?

Discussions on other sites give the impression that Coloretto and Alhambra are near impossible to get permission for as well, so I guess don't be surprised if those end up going away too.
