DROP IN THE NIGHT: 82ND

Just played this scenario and noted a few issues. The mid drop air drop was not possible. No section card would allow the additional drop after full visibility like the scenario says. The other issue was "blowing up a bridge". As I understand you should have two options, kill a card to blow it up (but loose it from your hand total) - or use a card to attempt rolling two dice hoping for a star. The kill a card option does not appear to be available. Anyone else had this issue - or am I doing it wrong?
