I might be the only one in this situation but I will never play this online unless it is with friends. Despite pandemic being one of my favourites in person, all of my online experiences have fallen prey to alpha playering the last one I tried was I was the dispatcher I don't need to say anymore.

If you can't find people online, you can play solo mode (controlling two roles) by setting the Game Mode to Friendly and reducing the player count to 1.
