Keep getting this error message

When I try to set up a turn-based game, I keep getting this message: "Your game options preferences for Ark Nova are invalid. You should check or reset them." I've gone back and reset everything to defaults a couple of times, nothing helps. Any ideas?

I just wanted to say I am also getting this same error message each time I try setting up a turn-based game. Have tried resetting all settings to default, mixing up the settings randomly and nothing resolves the error. Get this error message when try to from both my mobile app and from computer.

I'm also getting this error message when I try hosting a turn based game (haven't tried real time).
Reset settings to default and the error still pops up.
Adding or removing the new map pack has no effect.

I am also receiving this message. I have use the same parameters I have always used, but it is giving me the same error message in the OP.

For those having this problem, if you click "Play Now" in the top left corner and create a lobby that way, do you have the same error after configuring options appropriately?

The "Play Now" appears to be working for me. I cannot create a table manually, though, as I usually do on the game screen.

That is so weird. I just tried going to Play Now, changed some settings for a friendly turn-based game with map 10 for both players, enabled hotseat to test it by myself and had no issues.

I wonder what is causing it to break for some players.
