Indian Kobra - Hypnosis or Determination?

In my last game I have discovered something strange.

As you can see in the images, the indian kobra in the "real game" has the hypnosis power, but... my surprise was when I lost the last game because the BGA adaptation has decided to give this animal ..."determination" hahaha

In the real game and bga the kobra has hypnosis 3, however if you elect to play on bga with the "peaceful mode" setting (which disables interactive abilities) it does not remove the animals with these abilities, rather replaces their effect which in the kobra's case gives it determination.

In the real game

... the alternative effects are designed to make the cards still useful in solo play, but the rules do also say "If your group doesn’t like the interactive effects, you can instead use the alternate effects intended for the solo game". Or putting it another way, "peaceful mode" is an official variant.
